How long will it take to get taken off the list?

Once submitted, our team can typically take 48 to 72 hours to be taken off the list.

How did I get on the list to begin with?

Through public records it shows that you may be affiliated with a property that is considered an "expired listing." We try to make this list as accurate as possible but at times people who are not affiliated at all to the property may be attached somehow through public records.

Once I Opt-Out will I still be contacted?

You will be officially off our records, but some agents who have your info may still give you a call that we have no control of. To protect your privacy we also send out an email to our members letting them know that you do not want to be contacted again.

What if I keep getting calls after weeks of Opting Out?

Get in contact with the agency of that agent and let them know. Also if that does not work, send us an email at [email protected] and if that agent is a member with us, we will personally reach out to them.

No phone numbers, but the fastest way to reach out to us is filling out the form above and us getting back to you once you are off the list.

Which Phone number or Address should I include on the form?

Please include the phone number that agents have been calling you at AND include the address they are talking about. If for any reason you do not know the address, leave it blank and we will try to search your record with just your name and phone number.
